Q: How should I wash and care for my crocheted item? A: To maintain the shape and quality of your handmade item, we recommend Gentle Cycle Cold Water & Dry on Delicate Cycle Low Heat.
Q: Will the colors fade over time? A: With proper care (handwashing and air drying), the colors should remain vibrant. Direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause colors to fade over many years.

Q: What should I do if my package is lost or arrives damaged? A: If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damage and the packaging immediately and email us at info@joyfulcollectives.shop within 7 days.
