  • At Joyful Collectives, the quality of our materials is just as important as the love we put into every stitch. We select yarns that ensure our creations are soft, durable, and long-lasting.

    Primary Materials

    We primarily use the following high-quality fibers for our products:

    • Acrylic Blends (High-Quality): Used primarily for our colorful wearables and larger home décor pieces. This fiber provides excellent durability, vibrant color retention, is hypoallergenic, and is easy to care for.

    • 100% Premium Cotton: Reserved for kitchen accessories (like coasters), some amigurumi, and baby items. Cotton offers a beautiful natural texture, is highly breathable, and becomes softer with each wash.

    • Wool/Wool Blends: Used selectively for our luxury or cold-weather wearables. Wool provides superior warmth, natural water resistance, and a classic, high-end feel. (Note: If you don't use wool, simply remove this bullet point.)

    Craftsmanship and Safety

    • Filling: All amigurumi (stuffed animals/flowers) are filled with non-allergenic poly-fil to maintain shape and ensure safety.

    • Eyes and Embellishments: Safety eyes are used for all plush toys and are securely fastened to meet safety standards. (Note: If you use embroidered eyes for maximum safety, state that instead.)

    • Labels: We use small, soft fabric or wooden labels that do not scratch and clearly identify the item as a handmade original from Joyful Collectives.

  • Our delivery process is divided into two phases: Processing Time (how long we take to make and prepare your order) and Shipping Time (how long the carrier takes to deliver it).

    1. Processing Time (When Your Order Leaves Our Studio)

    Processing time depends on the type of product ordered:

    • Ready-to-Ship Items: Products currently in inventory (e.g., small accessories, listed wearables) will be processed and prepared for shipping within 3–5 business days.

    • Made-to-Order Items (Standard): Products that must be crocheted after the order is placed have a standard processing time of 7–14 business days.

    • Custom Orders: Due to the design consultation and unique construction required, custom orders have an estimated lead time of 3–6 weeks before shipping. You will receive a personalized timeline with your order confirmation.

    2. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

    Shipping time begins after your order has completed processing.

    • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.

    • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Transit time is typically 2–3 business days.

    3. Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.

    Please Note: All estimated delivery dates are calculated from the day the order is shipped (not the date the order was placed). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • We love bringing your unique vision to life! The majority of our crocheted items can be customized in terms of color, size, and design details.

    How to Request a Custom Item

    1. Submit Inquiry: Please contact us directly via email at [Your Customer Service Email Address] with your customization request.

    2. Provide Details: In your email, include:

      • The specific item you wish to customize (e.g., "Slouchy Beanie" or "Amigurumi Flower").

      • Desired color changes or specific dimensions/sizing.

      • Any unique design elements you are requesting.

    3. Consultation & Quote: We will respond within 2-3 business days to discuss your ideas. We will confirm the feasibility, provide a final quote, and give you an estimated production lead time.

    4. Confirmation: Once the details and quote are approved, we will send you a private link to complete your purchase.

    Custom Order Policies

    • Pricing: Custom orders are priced individually based on complexity, material cost, and estimated time required. The price is often higher than our standard inventory items.

    • Production Time: Custom orders have an extended lead time, typically 3–6 weeks, and may vary based on current studio demand. We will confirm the timeline before you purchase.

    • Final Sale:All custom, made-to-order, and personalized items are considered Final Sale. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. This policy is in place because the item was created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
